Religious Beliefs and End-of-Life Decisions

Faith is an important part of life for many people. At the Elder Law Practice, we will work with you to incorporate your beliefs into your end-of-life decisions, to the extent you care to do so. The following is a list of selected resources discussing faith and end-of-life decision-making.

If you are aware of other Statements of Faith concerning end-of-life decisions, please contact us at david@mcguffey.net and we will add them to this page.

In that regard, "Elder Law" is a field where attorneys may be certified as specialists in Tennessee; Mr. McGuffey is Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and as an Elder Law Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. Mr. McGuffey is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. The Georgia Bar Association does not currently certify attorneys as specialists.
