Lovingood McGuffey, P.C. is not a general practice law firm. We limit our practice to Elder Law, tax planning, special needs law, asset protection planning and corporate law. Case we would consider handling are described on our Practice Areas page. With this in mind, there may be certain matters we do not handle. Also, geography sometimes makes it difficult for us to serve those who are far from our offices. As a general rule, if you are more than 100 miles from our office, then we will refer you to another lawyer. Finally, Mr. McGuffey is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Tennessee, so if your situation concerns the law in another State, then we would refer you to someone else.
To help you in tracking down other lawyers who may be able to serve you when we cannot, we have prepared the following list of lawyers we refer others to:

may be certified as specialists in Tennessee; Mr. McGuffey
