Lovingood McGuffey, P.C. serves clients throughout Georgia, but most of our Elder Law clients are located in one of the following counties: Whitfield, Murray, Gordon, Catoosa, Walker, Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Bartow, Cherokee, Paulding, Cobb, Gilmer, Pickens, Fannin and Union. The primary services we limit beyond these counties is Life Care Planning, guardianship and probate (or anything where we would need to show up in person). We are able to work with you via telephone and the internet on most other matters, including Medicaid, regardless of where you are located.
